just curious to see what you guys think about this, been having it 3 times a day
1 cup of water or skim milk
scoop of oat meal
scoop of peanut butter
2 scoops of optiumum protein 24g a scoop
2 raw eggs
half of a banana
and some ice then blend all together
taste great just curious to what your opinions on this are.

I will do that regularly without the eggs and maybe swap the banana or the oatmeal.
