    10weeks into cut

    Ok here are my pics, im 10weeks into my cut. the before pics are from around 3months ago by the way, but its what i still looked like 10weeks ago anyway.

    come a long way, but by no means am i at my goal yet.

    my short-term goal is to get down to 10% bodyfat while keeping as muscle as i got as possblie! my long term goal is to compete some day, so i got many years of training ahead of me

    i have done a cylce of test and decca about 4.5months ago not knowin anything about what i was doing, my uncles told me it was ok to do roids even tho i was fat, they told me dat they would burn my fat away!

    so i went ahead and i turnt into a even more fat ****! so i stoped taking them after 9 weeks. i dont plan on starting roids again for a while yet, i wanna build up as much muscle natural as poss b4 i do. well enuff of the sob story, eres my stats and pics. tell me what ya think, be as harsh. i know i still got a long way to go b4 i get to 10% BF.

    Stats:
    Age: 19
    Weight now: 198lbs || Weight Before: 222
    Height: 6'1

    still got a long way to go but could you guys tell me whats my good and bad points at the moment, i know its hard with the fat

    yeah no roids dude .. keep it natty for now yur pretty much my age .. i decided not to cycle for now either ..

    just stick to good ol oatmeal tuna and chicken and you'll be good to go lol : D

    nice progress bro.

    If you are only hitting cardio, hit those weights too!

    If u are still hitting the weights make sure to hit some AM empty stomach cardio, works wonders!

    Perhaps throw in an ECA stack there, could help ya out!

    IMO - if u can stick it, try a keto diet for 4 weeks, it will help u break through any sort of mid-cutting plateaus u might be hitting. (just search keto, tons of stuff)

    thanks lads, yeah i train 3 times a week and do cardio 3 times a week also. i live for being in the gym man!

    I would bump the weigts up to 5 times a week,remember the more muscle u carry the more calories you will burn,your arms are your strong point make sure to train everything else just as hard,keep up the good work

    I'd actually bump the cardio up to 5 sessions.

    Otherwise.. keep doing what you're doing man
