Ok here are my pics, im 10weeks into my cut. the before pics are from around 3months ago by the way, but its what i still looked like 10weeks ago anyway.
come a long way, but by no means am i at my goal yet.
my short-term goal is to get down to 10% bodyfat while keeping as muscle as i got as possblie! my long term goal is to compete some day, so i got many years of training ahead of me
i have done a cylce of test and decca about 4.5months ago not knowin anything about what i was doing, my uncles told me it was ok to do roids even tho i was fat, they told me dat they would burn my fat away!
so i went ahead and i turnt into a even more fat ****! so i stoped taking them after 9 weeks. i dont plan on starting roids again for a while yet, i wanna build up as much muscle natural as poss b4 i do. well enuff of the sob story, eres my stats and pics. tell me what ya think, be as harsh. i know i still got a long way to go b4 i get to 10% BF.
