When that day hits, the day after partying until midnight and beyond, what is it that you wish to reflect upon that you set out to accomplish in 2006 and indeed did?
I sometimes think about all of the time I wasted on stupid things. How I threw away tons of time where I could have been doing something far more productive. Makes you want to move twice as fast in the years to come in order to play catch up and even the odds.

Still training and dieting, and go back to school and get out of Mechanical Engineering all together. I seriously hate what I do for a living, and know what it is I want to do with my life. So, time to man the **** up and stop being an idiot.

One of my good friends passed through the ice and drowned on his snowmobile last weekend..its a tragedy and makes me think about life and priorities.
I take it day to day, trying to better myself in any way that I can.

In person, no one mouths off to me, no. However, it's not because of my physical stature, they simply have no reason to dislike me as I'm a very congenial person. Then again you have those that do nothing but hate out of envy/jealousy/etc., and that is the case most of the time with people on-line. Other times people have a "perception" of me on-line by the pics, write ups, accomplishments, etc., and they think it's a game.
It's not a game, it's called life. I was just smart enough to make it my life and get paid very well for it.

Those are good goals. The cool thing is that when at least one of those goals is in order, chances are the other one will be too. I know if I was doing well in school I felt better, more energy, less cortisol, etc. That would translate into
the gym being something that I would take seriously also. Make improvements all around...
