    Question on carb spiking insulin

I know if you eat 100 grams of dex, your insulin will surely spike. What if you eat 100 grams of oats? How many grams of a low glycemic carb will spike your insulin?

You will secrete the same total "amount" of insulin. However the Bell Curve willl be much different, one will spike up very fast and come down very fast as well. The other will provide a slow and stable rise in blood sugar with a slow and steady decline.

get yourself some real dex and quit using that cytogainer crap. Oats works pretty well too...helped a lot when I was cutting and Im still doin it..Im staying pretty lean still and starting to notice some muscle gain too.
    I like the..skim milk/oats/whey route it works..
