I forget now, it was mutiple sittings like 1hr for the outline then maybe 5 or 6 1hr visits, maybe I'm a pussy but 1hr is enough for me! I stupidly went in with a hangover the day when I was getting most of the shin work done - I nearly puked, I was fine one minute then I instantly started running with cold sweat!

I'm guessing that it's easier to take it on the upper arm there, the place where I got mine told me that 1 1/2 hrs is the most they like to do on a leg.

...Keep in mind I was diagnosed with cardiomyopathy and congestive heart failure last year, so I've lost quite a bit of size and definition....but with medication and lifting, it's slowly coming back......

Tap your shin, it's basically skin stretched over bone, I swear it felt like the needle was hitting my shin bone, to start with I felt really good from the endorphin rush then I suddenly broke out in a cold sweat, it was running off me, of course the hangover didn't help any!
