Proper PCT for test winny cycle?

can someone help me out with the proper pct amounts for a test cyp/winny cycle please...(using nolva, and clomid)....thanks in advance

anyway using Nolva and clomid I would do

20mg nolva
100mg clomid

every day for 30 days.
