Yes but believe me it was long ago and far away, don't worry though I'm tough and I'm sure I'll bounce back quick. I know the "want to" is the most important part and I have plenty of that.

BTW I lost 3 pounds in the last 2 days and that was my target. 215 this morning. + I've walked a couple miles since then and a weight workout. I made myself a rule if I make my target weight every week by Friday morning I can have a cheat day Saturday afternoon. So it's pizza and a six pack tomorrow!

(After a couple more workouts of course.) Thank God!
This rabbit food is old already!
I just need to lose 5 pounds by next Friday to do it again.
