    cutting diet help

Hey everyone. I'm going into a more serious cutting diet and I was wondering if you guys could give me some advice. I plan to start a 6 day a week lifting program (3 of the days I lift morning-upper body and evening-legs). Up to now I've been doing a carb cycling diet that has two no carb days. Should I stay on this diet? It might make lifting on a no carb day very hard because I wouldn't be able to get the post workout carb spike. Up to now I've lifted 5 days a week and had the 2 no carb days on my off days.

I'm an 18 yr old 5'7" female. 136 lb, 16% BF. Goal: 10% BF (keeping as much muscle as possible of course). My BMR is about 1500...I've been aiming to have my goal calorie intake to be 1500-1800 a day. Is this too low/high/just right? I can post sample meal plans for you guys to critique...but for now I guess I'm looking for recommendations as to whether or not i should stay on carb cycling or try something else....

    thanks
