I have read alot about d-bol doses and still confused some made good gains off of 20mg and some havent in your opinion what would be a good dose.
I'm running test e at 333mg every 5 days and 20mg of d-bol on workout days
which is every other day. This is what the guy i get my stuff from does and told me to do. I have done about 5 cycles in the past but still a novice need help.
