OK, i'm done with long lasting cycles and tomorrow i'm starting a quick burst cycle. I just wanna hear some opinions and need a couple of questions answered:
Cycle:
Days 1-10: 350mg/d (All-test)-(Sustanon type steroid)
Days 10-20: 200mg/d Deca
Days 20-30: 100mg/d Tren-Hexa
Days 30-40: 50mg/d Winstrol Tabs
PCT(Starting Day 42) HCG 5 x every 3rd day, Clomid 100mg first week then 50 the next 2, Nolva at 20mg/d for 2 weeks
Diet's the usual 4-5000 cals with 2g of protein per pound of bodyweight, moderate carbs & low fat.
ok the questions are...
1) Does anyone think I should do the tren at the end & why?
Tren is extremely suppressive.. and w/ a longer ester takes a while to kick in and the metabolites will hang around especially near the end and during pct hindering recovery.
2) Could I substitute the post workout simple carb/dextrose with Dymatize Xpand?
dextrose is far better IMO, but u kan do wat u want
2) When's the best time of the day to take ALA (supplement)? W/
Pro/Carb Meals
3) When's the best time to take Vitamin B Complex?
breakfast and nighttime meal
4) """"" Vitamin C
1-2grams a day morning and preworkout
5) I got some HMB...Is it worth using? If yes, again when's the best time?
i dont like it
6) I got some liver support tabs with milk thistle. Would it be best to save that until I start the tren & dbol? (Since test & Deca are very mild on the liver)
sure test/deca dont have any affects on liv
