    Muscle Hardness

    NO matter what i seem to do, i cant get my muscles to stay hard, big and flexed, like wrestlers or bodybuilders... why ?

    What's your bf%?..... even bb's don't stay hard big and flexed all the time... they pump up before a show and eat alot of carbs right before hitting the stage... and their bf % is sick.....

    Low body fat is the bigest part of that, then there are steroid that can help, but those guy are in the back with one of those rubber things, doing lots of reps to get pumed before they go out on stage or in to the arena, they're not like that 24/7.

    ya i heard that u cant look big, FLEXED all year round, but what about looking " good " all year round, is that possible??.. is there any hope of that? like right now my arms arent flexing and theres no shape to them, i have to actually flex to make them look big? is that normal?

    and what does eating carbs right before going on stage do?

    how much training experience do you have? Sounds like you need to hit the gym and get the diet under control before you worry about juice.slow down and learn all you can and get a year or so of natural training under your belt then you will not have to ask things like this ,you will know the answers...good luck bro.     Not sure if this will help you or not but my xwife and I went to the same dentist. He commented on her masticular muscles and how developed they were and then on how much of a lucky guy that I was. All I could do was agree with him, she did love to give head.

    and NO steroids are NOT always the answer. Busting your butt in the gym, having a solid clean diet and most importantly a good workout routine. Hit up the cardio to lose excess body fat.
