    problem with bulking

    ok
    Im doing test e for my first cycle. I am am bulking now, but I play sports, I will be leaving for a week, and I will run into a problem with eating spaced out meals, like every two hrs, I might run into a problem eating often at all. Like three meals a day tops, I know I can get some protien bars maybe find a way to get a shake in there, but lets just say all I can do is three meals, should I eat alot during these meals,

    For example
    this weekend I was out of state at practice,

    Breakfast
    I tore up the buffet, oatmeal, eggs, sasuage, bacon, bannanas, skim milk.

    then about 6 hrs later, I ate the alot of chicken, rice, beans and so on, then a smaller meal later.

    But I know I need the cals and protien, I know its best not to pig out, but what would be better, only getting 2000 cals a day and min protien or eating like a beast getting alot of cals.

    Also most of the time my diet is on point, this will only be a problem for one week

    For bulking just eat as much as possuible when you can, if its in 3 meals then eat as much for 3 meals

    well try your hardest to fit in smaller meals,,your more likely to store bodyfat with three large meals.This actually slows the metabolism right down.Sneak out to the toilet or somthing and have a quick meal (5mins top to down it)

    Ya I will try my hardest, even if its a protien bar, at least I can space it out a littleEveryone will be drinking water on the side lines I will be eating chicken, HAHA

    If you don't get the food and calories that are needed you will not get the benefits of the test e. The diet is the make or break of any cycle.

    Yeah, theres always the concern of slowing your metabolism down like bigphil said, but 1 week wont hurt too bad I dont think. Try your best to get 4-5 in though

    Ya i will try my best, I will just have to sack up and fig it out!! I find it amazing that I eat alot, train hard, and in the morning im about the same for the past week, I have went + - one lb the whole week, that is crazy!!
