Im doing test e for my first cycle. I am am bulking now, but I play sports, I will be leaving for a week, and I will run into a problem with eating spaced out meals, like every two hrs, I might run into a problem eating often at all. Like three meals a day tops, I know I can get some protien bars maybe find a way to get a shake in there, but lets just say all I can do is three meals, should I eat alot during these meals,
For example
this weekend I was out of state at practice,
Breakfast
I tore up the buffet, oatmeal, eggs, sasuage, bacon, bannanas, skim milk.
then about 6 hrs later, I ate the alot of chicken, rice, beans and so on, then a smaller meal later.
But I know I need the cals and protien, I know its best not to pig out, but what would be better, only getting 2000 cals a day and min protien or eating like a beast getting alot of cals.
