I dunno bout that, I'm just a beginner, and don't wanna argue with the mods butI have an Asian friend whose body looked just like Bruce Lee's, he was eatin 4000 cals a day of high quality food, and could not gain a pound, he is an elite athlete and in his competition days competed for Team Canada in his sport at the world championships pan-ams etc. After his competition days were done he took up bodybuilding, he always did do resistant training with weights but specific to his sport, but then he started bodybuilding, went to a nutritionist, got on 4000 cals a day, ate right trained right for a couple of years, never put an ounce on...still 155lbs, the only thing he changed is that he went on AAS and in 6 months went to 185lbs, after his cycle I think he only went down to 170, now he weighs between 185 and 190 and strong as hell.
