I need a 10 week high calorie high protein diet for my next cycle, i am naturally an ectomorph and can easily loose weight and i have a fast matabolism...My diet is now on track i eat clean and healthy but my next cycle i would like to try all out dirty bulking
My next cycle will be Dbol Test E and Deca...I dont mind gaining a few extra LBS of fat this cycle as i just want as much weight as possible, any excess fat i gain whilst on will be sorted with cardio, Clen in PCT and a strickt clean diet once im off the juice...
Could someone please devise me a 7 day diet including alot of meat, and even junk food if it will be helpfull in bumping up my weight...
I am 185 Lbs by the way...and this will be my 3rd cycle...Its took me a while to get to this weight, i would really like to hit 200 this cycle if poss but as allready mentioned i am a kind ov hard gainer...
