Yup. Alcohol has alot of empty cals. Mix something with diet coke for alot less cals.

My suggestion would be to fix the problem that is causing you to need to drink.

No, I lose weight big time when I drink. It's because when I get drunk, I don't eat right. Say if I start drinking at 7, I usually won't worry about eating right the rest of the night. And if I wasn't drinking i'd eat at 7, 9, 11 and 1. I'm very ectomorphic, so I shrink. To tell you the truth though, I really don't notice any difference in BF%. I used to drink 3 times a week and still had the same body fat I had now. Only difference is I've been eating about 1000 more cals a day to which probably is why.

I was told not to drink while on cycle, beacuase it would make your muscles look flat, and do other bad things. Is this not true?

Twice a week or so I take Antibuse to FORCE me to NOT drink. Started this Jan 1 of this year. Ive had a quarter of the drinks that I was having.
Booze and training dont go together. I was well on my way to AA b4 I found this pill.

I never gain WAIT.....I can't gain something like that.....people WAIT around, you don't gain WAIT.

    Weight is another story!

As well, wrong forum as this has nothing to do w/steroid questions.
