Hi bros, I posted a similar message on the steroids forum but I htink I'd get a better response regarding my diet here.
In summary, I just got some blood work done, and my test levels came back really really low (130 to be exact.)
Lately I have been noticing that I am losing strength and LBM - I can't gain weight at all. I have also been noticing more fat deposits in my abs though.
I was wondering what the best dietary approach would be in a situation like this. Should I keep the cals high? I eat pretty clean already, in somewhat of a bulking/maintenance phase, and I was wondering if it would be beneficial to cut down cals a little bit to avoid getting fat or upping/maintaining cals to avoid more muscle loss?
