Hey bro's, ive been off the board for a couple of weeks & just want to let ppl know that it is my 7th week into my 12wk bulk cycle of sust & it is finally kicking in, at least i can feel it more than ever. im constantly feeling thick, my grip feels strong all day long & my strength in the gym is steadily increasing. but there is a down side to this.
wk 5, 6 & 7 have been hitting me w/ depression. dont let test fool ya, i have been feeling down & have little interest in some of my daily things, like going to the gym, but it comes & goes & im not letting it take me over.
now for 1 question i have:
1. why is it that at night after gym & dinner, i seem to look thicker & more muscular in the mirror, but during the day & in the gym i look/feel thinner?
2. does the body tend to hold water at night, cause it looks like it?
