    first draft of my bulking diet. please criticize

    20 years old
    6'1
    180 lbs
    roughly 10% bf
    always had trouble putting on weight
    train 4 days a week
    saturdays im gonna cheat a bit

    this is what i got going so far

    breakfast 11 am Pro/Carb
    4 peices whole wheat bread
    shaved chicken breast 220g
    1 1/2 tbsp miraclewhip
    600 cal 12 fat 67 carbs 52 pro

    200pm Pro/Fat
    lean ground beef 200g
    flax seed 1 tbsp
    (some kinda cheese, havnt added it yet)
    480 cal 24 fat 0 carb 40 pro

    430pm Pro/Carb
    weightshake
    600 cal 4.5 fat 89 carbs 51 pro

    600pm Pro/carb
    3/4 cup wholewheat pasta with tomato sauce
    seasoned chicken breast
    peas/corn
    570 cal 3.5 fat 71 carb 55 pro

    800pm Pro/carb
    steak (cut of as much fast as possible) 250g
    potatos
    peas/corn
    620 cal 10 fat 70 carb 61 pro

    1030pm Pro/carb
    chicken breast
    3/4 cup wholewheat pasta with tomato sauce
    pea/corn
    570 cal 3.5 fat 71 carb 55 pro

    12 pm WORK OUT

    130am Pro/carb
    muscle milk
    1025 cal 17 fat 164 carb 55 pro

    300am Pro/Fat (really dont care for this any substitutes?)
    1 cup cottage cheese(dry)
    3 tbsp peanut butter
    520 cal 25 fat 13carb 53 pro


    Total 4985 cal 99g fat (20%) 545g Carb (45%) 422 Pro (35%)

    when is the best time of day to take the flax and a multi vitamin?

    flax is fine where you have it, i prefer my multi upon waking. overall it looks great, other than a little higher than normal fat content in your pwo, but if you are a hardgainer and convinced you can handle it, your diet looks intelligent enough and i believe you.
    try this for pro/fat 1 pack(3.5 servings) of tuna,2 tns miracle whip,1 tbsp mustard, 1 tbsp evoo, and a little soy sauce

    ok i think ill give that a try. tunas not my favorite either haha. gotta do what i gotta do though! i tried it with salsa before too. that wasnt bad for awhile.

    tried the tuna with evoo, mustard and mayo . didnt have any soy sauce. Love it! way better then the cottage cheese thanks a million
