    Something to cut out...

    I need to drastically change my diet, im runnign clen, but im gonna stop.... and then start when i get my diet in order... So.. which is better to cut out... Carbs, or Meat... ive heard both for either side...Thanks for the advice.. i appreciate it

    wow u are going in the WRONG DIRECTION ... and fast..
    read the cutting sticky up top as well as the others.. before u drop muscle so fast

    tai's right....but just to give you an idea, neither carbs nor meat are something you want to "cut out." Just eat cleaner varieties (chicken breast, tuna, oatmeal, brown rice, veggies) and include "good" fats (olive, flaxseed oils). The food you would want to "cut out" would be mcdonalds and taco bell.

    You dont necassarily need to cut out anything, this will depend on your overall Macro ratio.

    Thats the thing, i dont have a set diet, i just try to stay away from certain foods

    I like the idea of a set diet, that way you know how many cals you have and don't have any surprises..plus you know what works for you.
