Can someone help me with my cutting diet? Here is what I propose:

Breakfast
Bowl of ice cream (to kick start metabolism after sleeping)

Morning Pilates

Post-Pilates Meal
Chocolate chip granola bar

Lunch
carrots and celery with fat free ranch dressing.
diet coke

Dinner
Two Cheeseburgers (no bun)
Lots of celery

Twice a week I do Buns Of Steel after dinner.


Does anyone have any tweaks or suggestions? Like, should I eat carrots and celery in the same meal, or should I alternate - carrots one day and celery the next?
