I've been reading the message boards for a few weeks now and thought I'd introduce myself. I've been working out on and off for a couple of years. I'm 6'1" tall and a bit over 200 pounds. I don't know what my bf % is, but I'm not super lean or anything. I can bench 225 2x10 times, squat 295x10, and deadlift 295x10 - nothing spectacular compared to most of you guys I'm sure!! I used to try and see what my max's were, but I kept hurting myself so I've given that up. I've never juiced, but I'm not against it either.
