Ok heres the deal i'm 174 lbs
5 7" been training for years
And i'm 28 in case someone thinks i'm a teenager or something.
And i could do with some advice
i was just wonder whats the best dose for me, ie what would be excessive and what would be ok.
I'm thinkin of running test ethenate Sherring
what i'm, thinking of doings is maybe starting on 1g frontloaded
Then dropping to 750 or 500
i'm not too sure just yet.
I'm gonna be running liquidex throught out so i don't bloat i'm looking to put on size and power but not much fat if i canna help it
I was wonder what would be best
I mean would running 1g for the whole cycle be too much and would i get little benefit in doing it over say 750 or 500 mg

I know some of these does sound high but i'm not scared of running high if its gonna give better results.
