Hey guys the nutriotional fact on the back of my quacker old fashiones oatmeal say ( carbs: 28g ) and on steroid.com says oatmeal "Cooked" ( carbs : 13 grams ) so if i cook my oatmeal usually boil it in water im just getting 13 grams so i must double the amount so i cant get around 30 grams ? in my meal #1 wich(sp?) is what i need
