My goodnight shake lol..its awesome

just made the most amazing shake, might sound nasty but listen i have pretty much put anything in the blender and i think i finally got it! lol here it is now as far as the water and egg whites go i pretty much just added as i seemed fit to get the right consistency, but i have tio say this tastes amazing!

about 14 egg whites

1 cup of water

3 tables spoons of all natural peanut butter

1 table spoon of flax

1 banana

wow almost forgot the most important part.. 3 sccops of strawberry banana muscle milk

poured a glass and it looks like i'll be able to get 2 maybe 2 shakes out of this yum!!

shit man i dont understand you guys. you take so many eggs. i understand they're good for you, but do you use the actual eggs? that could get expenisve. any help here?

eggs are cheap bro. i can get like 5 dozen for less then 5$. but im thinking he is using pasteurized egg white products because its not recommended to eat raw egg whites unless they are pasteurized. and those can get a bit more expensive. that sounds good, but damn theres alot of fat in that. doesnt muscle milk have like 18g of fat per serving?

LMAO ...yea they are pasteurized, i get them from eggology pretty cheap

Back in the day while shopping I would hit the Orange Julius Place and get 1 with 6 eggs ... they eventually stopped selling eggs as an option...

But now they have protein drinks that dont taste like roadkill..

Deff not a shake when your trying to lean up. lol I'll have to give it a shot, wonder if strawberry cytogainer would work in place of the muscle milk (I have like 10lbs of it).
