i've used arimidex in the past @.5mg/day was still a bit bloated. that cycle was:

    1 to 4 dbol @30mg
    1 to 11 sustanon @500mg/week

i'm currently using letro @1mgE3D and have no bloat at all. this is my current cycle:

1 to 5 dbol@40 to 50mg/day (i take an extra 10mg's on my workout days)
    1 to 10 tren E@350mg/week
    1 to 10 test @437.5mg/week

so...for me...letro over adex. aromasin is another great product, though i have never used it.

also remember that letro is REALLY strong. i'd adjust the dose according to your cycle...which by the way you haven't stated.

Test E 500 mg/ew... would you guys recommend letro? I don't want to gain any excess weight, or bloat if possible.

A type II AI would be most effective. Letro/L-Dex/Aromasin/Arimidex.

Can I get that on AR-R to? Do I need that for a "novice" 500mg/ew cycle?

An AI would reduce/prevent water retention and estrogen related side effect, such as, gyno. I believe, L-Dex (Liquidex) can be obtained by the site sponsor AR-R. Click the top left banner.

both letro and arimidex can be purchased from the site sponsor. i have used them both and both were extremely affective. my preference is letro because it's stronger and you need less. it also controlled the bloat way more for me at least. i also started getting gyno post cycle last cycle and letro is king of ridding gyno too (next to nolva that is).

those are my reasons for letro over aromidex. keep in mind that letro can also have sexual sides at higher doses. when i was fighting the gyno last year and was taking 2.5mg/day with the nolva...my dickie wasn't working well. it was still better than having to get a bra though.

Being an athlete I want to minmialize any excess weight (bloat, fat etc), otherwise I wouldn't be as concerned.

Turbogeek...not what i wanted to hear about the sexual performance! but if you think it's neccessary I'm still willing to take it. Like I said I have nolvadex and clomid on hand, just looking for something to help reduce/eliminate bloat. Do you know anything about proviron?

A-dex .5mg a day should do it.. you can also add 10mg-20 mg of nolva per day as well..

never taken proviron...i have respect for my hairline. letro only has those sides at high doses. using it at 1mg/E3D has not given me any of those problems. the test is giving me wood all the time.
