    confused

    Im doing a 10 week cycle
    400 mgs wk of test cyp.
    200 mgs wk of deca
    what should I take for my pct? Also when should I start my pct?
    Some people say to start it after my last shot and some people say to wait 14 days to start it. How long should I be on my pct also?

    How come you are running deca and test for the same number of weeks? Most stop deca a few weeks short so recovery, during PCT, is easier.
