For my PPWO meal i am having 2 salmon filets and a cup of oatmeal. this is at least an hour after my PWO shake of 48g protein 60g dex. is this PPWO meal ok because i know the salmon contains good fats, but is this mixing with my PWO at all... or should i switch this up??...
i'm just looking for some good advice and some creative opinions.
