Been a tuff battle against being skinny II

It's been 2 years since I got so sick of my skinny ass I decided to hit the gym.. First year was shit all round.. lame effort.. 2nd year was much better. I'm a real hard gainer but have managed to bulk up quite alot.
I was 130lbs ish, I'm now 185lbs. My chest is my worst part, I've gained loads of strength in it but it just don't seem to pump out in growth! All natural gains btw. I've taken advice and don't plan cycling just yet, ill see where I can get naturally first.. although things have slowed down an awfull lot for the last 6 months.

Here's pics, let me know what you think.

Wanna know my secret!.. Powered scottish oats.. Also I think my age is catching up with me and metabolism slowing a little.. I've put on quite a bit of fat!

EDIT: Before anyone tells me to clean my fishtank.. I'm gonna do it this weekend!!!

My average daily diet goes like this:

    7am - Protein, banana, oats
10am - 32g of protein (Met-rx bar) or tin of tuna
    1pm - 4-5 Mackeral fillets and fruit
    3pm - protein shake or tune/cottage cheese
5pm - pre workout protein & maltodextrin shake
7pm - steak meal or similar
    9pm - 2-4 eggs
11pm - protein shake with cottage cheese (yes I drink cottage cheese!)
    I also drink about 2 - 3 litres water a day
    What do you think?

I would add in a post workout shake or meal after your workout if you already didnt.

Too many shakes bro. Try incorparating whole protein sources like egg whites, turkey/chicken breasts. You need some Essential Fatty Acids in there too, flaxseed oil, almonds, etc. Read this bro http://forums.steroid.com/showthread.php?t=113010

instead of adding ANOTHER protein shake postworkout, I would just switch one of your shakes to after. You are taking too many protein shakes. try chicken fried in a bit of olive oil.

How long did it take for you to realize that blue wall was ugly as sh!T

Great work, you can see a lot of difference. First picture: no forearms and no aparent tricep. Second picture: Forearms coming around, shoulders coming in strong and tricep now very much developed. Hard to tell chest from a straight on shot, but I am sure that you can improve it some more naturally before you think about AAS. You have done a great job and obviously have put a lot of time and effort into this. You should be very proud. Keep it up.

The shoulders seem to be your natural easy gainer. What is your chest routine, days/exercises and poundages? Definitely lot's of room to improve naturally with your frame. Keep up the good work.
