No bro it been discussed lately by JohnnyB sustanon can be shot twice a week because it just contains 30mg of prop if you used prop before i dont think you would you less than 75mg ed.I would go with 500mg ed for 10 to 12wks with a good anti estrogen like nolva at 20mg ed

1-12 susta 500mg ew

1-12 nolva 20mg ed

Check the PCT start time at the pct forum to know when to start your pct because am not sure.
