    I went from Football and wrestling...to this.

    Im 22, 5' 10'', 196 pounds exactly.
    I used to wrestle 145 and I was 155 when I graduated high school.
    BMI = 28.12 / BMR = 2026.48 / BF% = 17.73 / Final number was 3141.044
    I hadnt lifted a weight or ran since in 4 years. I just got a year membership to my local gym and Im looking to shed about 25-35 pounds in the next 4-5 months. I have intense dedication to getting things done when I put my mind to it. Thus, the mind-set of a wrestler. Therefore, Im willing to do whatever it takes -- Im here cuz I dont want to be steered in the wrong direction by some jerk-off at the gym. I'm looking to institute cardio and circuit training. Im still familiar with a lot of lifting routines for chest, shoulders, back and arms. Ill prob be setting those up for a 4 day a week lifting schedule. Ill do cardio everyday if its the right plan. What Im really looking for here is a complete diet to follow like a marine recruit. I glanced at a couple but it seems that the OG's here are willing to create a diet that will be a close as possible to fitting your exact body. I was semi-jacked at 155 but now Id have to say Im sitting with 40 pounds of fat on me. Ive seen the names Swole, Narkissos and 1buffsob a lot -- you guys without a doubt know the most. I also see the word macros but Im not getting what that means exactly. I do whatever you guys want for a lil help on a regimen. Thanks

    I used to run and sit on the bike for legs. Ive only worked out legs once, with squats, presses and raises. I remember I couldnt walk right for a week. Im definately open to learn a correct leg day. I dont have any pics but I can tell you that the side of my chest has expanded, I now have a nice sized gut (not too bad but im ashamed of it now) , i guess lower back fat, and def in my upper legs. Could you also tell me what they mean by Macros?

    Just give your legs time to adjust, and they wont hurt quite as bad from the weights anymore.
