Stole my coworker's camera tonight and snapped a pic before I went to go workout. Nothing special, just thought some of you might like to see it. I'll get some whole body shots when I can, and I'll scan a pic of me a couple years ago when I was 318lbs of pure fat.
This is me at 20 years old, 214lbs, 6'1".

). Most of my workouts are based around compound movements like the ones you suggested. The only one I don't do are deadlifts since I popped my hip outta joint in a car accident a while back, and everytime I go above 315lb, I have to go see the chiropractor the next day to pop the hip back into joint. I'll get full body shots as soon as I can. Thanks for the critism, it's well accepted. Although I didn't give you much to critisize
