I always hard boil mine. i don't know if that makes them taste better, but i like to eat them more. another alternative to eating them would be buying the pasteurized whites in the carton and throwing them in with your protein shake.

Also heres another question, how bad is sodium for cutting? besides bloat, its not like calories is it?
if its a pro/carb meal...i cook the whites and mix em in to some cream of wheat (with salt, pepper, and molly mcbutter). if its pro/fat i mix it with either a little cream cheese or natty PB (sounds gross i know, but it is really good).
the only reason you would need to worry about sodium would be if your BP is high. as far as bloat goes, just drink a butt load of water and you'll be fine.

To much sodium isn't a good thing even if you BP is in check. It can have negative effects such as dehydration and too much sodium can damage our kidneys and increases the chances of high blood pressure.

Go out and get yourself a package of Simply potatoes hash browns. Use plain if your dieting, or you could use Southwest style hash browns if your bulking up like me right now. Scramble your eggs and mix the hash browns in w/ them, top it off w/ a little hot sauce if you'd like, it pretty good and an easy way to pound alot of eggs at one shit. I used to consume 36/day like this
