Is this something that you guys use? I see the nutritional values and it doesn't seem to be anything to bad.
Opinions???

I can't seem to find it!
It's made of soy... and some other "stuff."
GREAT!!!
Very informative!!
haha
I was wrong... here is the update:
"Imitation crab meat is a seafood product made by blending processed fish, known as surimi, with various texturizing ingredients, flavorants, and colorants. First invented in the mid-1970s, imitation crab meat has become a popular food in the United States, with annual sales of over $250 million. Surimi is the primary ingredient used to create imitation crab meat. It is mostly composed of fish myofibrillar proteins. These proteins are responsible for the quintessential characteristic of surimi that makes imitation crab meat manufacture possible, namely the ability to form a sturdy gel. The gel can be shaped and cut into thin strips which, when rolled together, mimic the texture of real crab meat."

That might give you a better idea... but that doesn't mean that ALL of it is the same... but should be generally.

If you are concerned about it in sushi, such as california rolls... don't worry. I'm sure it's neglegent in your overall meal.
If you are eating this stuff out of a bucket, I would suggest being worried.
I just have some in the fridge for a snack here and there. Nothing major just wold like to see the ingredients and nutritonal values

Any food that requires that much time to explain how it's made... might not be that good for you.
Although the ingredients didn't look too bad...
And that source sucks for nutritional values.
I'm not that interested and really don't know why I looked that up.
Chinups - your fine. Keep eating it.
