you look rock hard mate. what about the legs?
I am still hitting my legs hard my calfs are growing good but my quads are not. I am hitting them twice a week now i have 9 weeks before my comp so i am hoping for a little more defintion and size hopefully
Your back is awesome... especially how you can see the lats dominating even from front view.Originally Posted by pain time

Probably could use a bit more size on the neck muscles and traps as well... we tend to see a bit more neck/traps on guys your size... maybe balance out the back with a big more pec size but I am holding comments on that because the flash on camera sometimes has a deceptive effect on making the pecs look smaller then they are.

Thanks the lighting in there was not the best and yes I do get washed out fromo the flash. But what would you recommend as for some should excersice to beef up my delts remember I only have about 9 weeks untill the comp. This is my first one and a learning experience. Thanks for your comments. As for the traps I am not sure how to flew them out with a lat spread but other times I can get good size on them.
Here are just a few more shots.
look good very vascular good work
Hey bro, you look great! You should do really weel in the novice divison. If I were you,. I would even enter the open...just for the experience. WHat are your stats in these pics? (ht & wt.) I ask b/c I will be entering my first comp. this JUly. Good luck with it and keep us updated!
The simply reason why your quads are not growing is most likely overtraining. I assume that you are doing lots of aerobic training like walking and that will stress your legs and limit your recuperation.I am still hitting my legs hard my calfs are growing good but my quads are not
I think that you should train your legs only once a week. If you still want to hit your legs twice a week you have to back up your leg training intensity a bit.
Looking good man.Good luck with everything.

Looking good from what I can see in the pics. My advice right now would be to just hold your size and maintain until about 10 wks out. You look like your coming in too early, and what might happen is you'll end up at 6 or 7% bodyfat still 5-6 wks away from the show. Your main focus aside from cutting should be to keep from going flat and depleted looking. I'd back off a little bit until the 10 wk mark. Just my .02
looking solid.......good job! how many cycles do you have under your belt?
whats your height and current weight?
Look good man, thick lats. Nice peak on the bi's too. You look really really lean to be 14 weeks out.
thank everyone for the good comments I really do appreciate it. If you just keep looking at your self you seem to never tell any differnece. as for my heigth i am almost 6 2 and weight in at right now at 215 I am trying to put some more size on and then cut and diet down to about 210.
The division i am entering in is novice and the starting weight is 187 lbs. So i think that i will do ok, I will post some more pictuers when I get them. Thanks again.
Im willing to bet that you will do better than ok. Your looking great.
I would say change your side tricep pose to behind the back. This way your chest will look fuller as well on that shot. I mean maybe you wont pose the way you did in your pic for the comp but I would def change that up, it makes you look too thin when you do it in front.

Good observation C_Bino

I gotta you on that one I was posing for the first time in those pictuers and you are right side tricep in the back makes a big difference thanks
I think that is it right there, it almost looks as if you know how to pose but you really need a class in it to get it right. Especially when you say you dont know how to spread your lats and flex your traps and neck muscles at same time. I have seen thousands of poses where its done all the time. You have the body but learning to pose can make a big difference. For example, slight differences in how you hold your wrists can make you look like you have no biceps or massive peaks.Originally Posted by pain time
