I will be doing my first show this summer and this will also be the first time I have to diet in a true bodybuilding fashion. I want to take one or the other at around 60mg's so that I dont lose muscle mass while dieting. Now Ive ran both before but I was bulking with them. Could anyone tell me which would be more benefical?
P.S. Money isn't a problem with the Var. As a matter of fact I have both products sitting right in front of my face.
