    Safety of arimidex

Is it safe to stay on arimdex at .25mg eod to keep test levels boosted and dry after pct? During time off I normally run 6 pills Red Kat and Trib at 4g's ed for several months. Can I continue to take arimdex to control estrogen and keep dry. How many months can one stay on or can it be run perpetually?

Did you run it at 0.25mg ED during PCT?

Yeah I used through pct with clomid, nolva, but still feel bloated when i dont take for a day or two. I'm been done with pct for 5 weeks, just taking the red cat and trib and arimidex @ .25 eod.

0.25 EOD...I wouldn't go past 12 weeks with it. It can be harmful on blood lipid profiles. That is if you had not run it for PCT. With this factored in, I would run it for less (maybe 6 weeks).

What kind of dog is that? I have a German Shepherd Mix and my neighborhood has a Rottweiler.

Permanently surpressing your estrogen levels is not good.

Papi, can the red kat and trib cause a influx in estrogen? Like I said I feel like a hold water when I dont take the arimidex. Or is there a slight rebound or normalizing effect my body is going through when i stop the arimdex? What do ya recomend? Ween off the arimdex and body should normalize? Or is the red kat and trib causing the estrogen?

    I found this on trib:

    Ntpadude (fellow member):

The thing with tribulus is the scientific studies have shown it works something like the way echinachia does when boosting your immunity to fight a cold. You get a temporary boost that peaks out in 10 days, after that the boost drops back to baseline.

There is also evidence that tribulus also substantially boosts production of aromatase emzyme which results in increased estrogen production. The reason for the 10 day boost then drop back in testosterone production is probably the estrogen it generates begins to inhibit testosterone production. It seems to me, taking tribulus during a cycle without an aromatase inhibitor could be disasterous or dangerous for those prone to gyno. For that matter I used to take tribex during cycles and had itchy sensative nipples which kept me taking nolvadex. Since I dropped the tribulus, I noticed I can do cycles and not need to take any anti-e's at all. In otherwords, in my opinion, the tribulus had no effect on ball regrowth and it actually made me take a lot of nolva that I otherwise did not need to take, etc.

So quit the trib. What about red kat on estrogen? Any thoughts on that? I like the red kat for libido and prefer to not stop. Or is the water retention and needing arimidex a mental thing, diet is on point so i know its not from that. I think i read somewhere you reccomend red kat year round?

Hit Bryan2 with a PM on this question. Redkat at recommended doses, run year round, shouldn't give you problems but I can say for sure about high doses. I think Bryan2 said that at high doses, tongkat ali would flare up gyno (unless an AI was used).

I also retain water very easily so this would be answer I would like to hear, as well. Bryan2 is very knowledgable supplement guru.

Can arimidex permanently supress your estrogen level. I am planning on running it through 16 week cycle AND Pct.

no, in fact if it cuts estrogen levels in half that's about all one can hope for. also i don't think a-dex is harmful to stay on at all. several docs prescribe it to their hrt patients...me included. never heard of it effecting lipid profiles either. not saying that is false, i just never heard of it.

The mjority of AI's and compounds that lower estrogen levels do effect lipid profiles slightly.

I agree, but i think anything you take that is oral will do that slightly. i'm sure there is a slight effect when taking many vitamins. i havent mesured it but i'd bet there is a diffference when taking 200 mg ed of b-6. so i guess i didn't mean it won't effect it, just that it is so minimal i don't think it's worth mentioning. but like i said, i never had it measured. when my lipids are out of wack i know the cause...
