Any Diabetics?

I was just diagnosed as pre-diabetic/insulin resistant. Just wondering if any diabetics can tell me how u felt before meds, and if the meds helped. They put me on Fortamet. This shit hit me sudden, and hard, and most of the symptoms are comparable to low test,(fatigue, no endurance, loss of concentration) which i also have (low end of normal). I'm just hoping it will be a night and day thing once this medicine kicks in. Thanks for any responses.

YEAH WELL I FELL I HAVE BETTER CONTROL OVER MY DIET now in general with regards to watching carbs, fats e..t.c
