I was thinking you could've made a lot more progress in three or four years, looks to me like you now have a good starting point to build off of. Lift heavy and get an exercise program specifically designed to help your weak areas. I also agree with the buy some shorts that fit.

Funny, I wrote three sentences, only one of them was about your shorts, and you went off on that. The comment was already made about your shorts and I was just joking with you about it. If you are that thin skinned you shouldn't be asking opinions about anything. You have a lot of room for improvement and a lot of people on this site can help guide and assist you in that direction, but it sure helps if you have a humble attitude and don't believe you already know it all, IMO. hey ROLLINWDK, its funny you had about the identical body type to what i have now, and i was the same way, i hated going to the gym, but i just started a job i start at 11am, so i go to the gym b4 work everymorning b4 it gets crowded and what not, but anyways i am really happy to see that it can be done natural and w. hard work, can u give me a lil description about what u did, ure diet, what u took( supplements ) and how long it took you to get to where you are now? It would help me out a lot, thanks and good work
i started taking protien, creatine and a natural test booster like vitrix about 4 months ago ive notice some gains, alot of people talk ish on supplements,but lifting weights without them is like washing a car with no water u wont get any where, so i recomend just a high quality of protien, i found amplify or amplify xl to be the best its the smothest and taste the best expensive but killer, creatine i like the cr5 by pmd but expensive so i went with asix creatine
an ethyl ester type no monohydrate, test booster i like n test by pmd but currently using vitrix in the day and a overnight test booster , keeps the body in a anabolic/anti-catobolic state not to bad.I aslo mix in some glutamine with my protein about 10 15g a day.Try some no xplode or something of that type for fast energy for real. As far as working out keep focused no distractions stay on it but dont over do it very easy to do.I dont know what ur schedule is but right now im on
mon = back bis
Tues= chest tris cardio in am
wed= abs
thurs= legs cardio in am
fri= shoulders
sat off cardio in am
sun off
if i ws u i would try something like that see how that works for a month or so.
As far as diet,i droped all the bad habits like pop, sugar, sweets, etc.I kept it all simple and complex, if its right ur gain with little bf. You can try something like this and see how it goes,try to eat 6 or 7 times a day but make sure its all good food no junk remember U R WHAT U EAT, U EAT LIKE ISH U LOOK LIKE ISH. Im glad i could hopefully shine a little light on the path ur goin down. Let me know if it works out for you.

I am a beginner I know....I feel like when I go to the gym I dunno where to start, so i end up doing bench and then running for 40 min's lol....i am actually going to do exactly what you are doing im gonna run to GNC this weekend and pick up those supplements, thanks again and ill keep u posted w. some b4 and after pics hopefully
