well I am 5'7 195 and have been lifting for about ten years. My genetics are great. I am naturally big and have broad shoulders. Test makes me look to wide and out of proportion with my height. I wanted to cut my extra fat down. My diet right now is eating about 4 ounces of meat, chicken turkey tuna every three hours with a little steam vege and spinach. When i go to the gym i lift for 40 minutes and do cardio for 50 minutes. I think i'm lacking in carbs. I have never been a good dieter.
