Who know's. I'm on 100mcg's and it is my 6th day, I've gained 2lbs. Go figure:-).

Your body can comfortably lose about 1-2 lbs of fat per week...
I thought that with such a 'dose' of cardio (1hr 5-6/week), cut calories below maintance and T3 at 75-100mcg, one would be able to loose more than that...?Originally posted by ironfist

Luke my week 3 of the a cutting cycle is ending and so far i lost 20pounds! From 104kgr i dropped to 94kgr
My cycle is: T3 75mcg/d
ECA Stack
DNP Low doasage (below 200mg/d)
I do Cardio every day for 30min at 80% of max card. rate
I hit weights 3d/w
My Diet is strict and i dont get over 1500cals
At the beginning i felt like a shit but know i`m perfect!

Now, a bit of a followup. I wonder if one could get nearly as good effects without the Dnp. I heard that stuff is not something I would want to play with.
Would you say you're only buring fat or loosing muscle as well? I mean with the T3 you would want to take some kind of AS to prevent the catabolism???

At the momment my bf is 22% so i dont worry much about muscle catabolism. I keep my protein intake at 3grams pre kgr and eca stack prevents muscle catabolism. When i drop below 20% i`ll add clen and when i drop below 15% ill juice some.

Alot of factors come into play including your amount of LBM and your BF%...The fatter you are, the more weight you can lose without chewing up muscle...Originally posted by Luke

Well, I do cardio at 5x a week, I was doing 1 hour but have dropped back to 40 minutes as I feel I go catabolic at an hour. No science just gut feeling. I'm weaker after going an hour, whereas 40 minutes seems to be a good balance for me.
My cycle has my weight kinda yoyoing. I KNOW I'm loosing fat, just don't know how much. My strength is up but I look SO much smaller without the fat weight. I posted a shitty back shot as my avatar, 1 month ago NONE of that definition was there. That picture is 1.5 weeks old and I feel it's already outdated.
My love handles are still slightly there, but compared to before they are non-existant. My gut no longer looks like Buda, actually whats left feels like a little fat and intestines. Can't figure that one out, TMI probably.
My only point is that T3 as of yesterday has made me DRAG. So I assume it's doing something. My original plan was to ramp down starting tommarow, I may extend it a few days and increase the ramp down just to use up the T3 I've got. Not to mention, 8 days isn't very long of a constant in my mind.
