as i understand it, you should wait the same lenghth of time off as was the length off time on. That is if you did a 8 week cycle give 8 weeks of rest with proper PCT. More learned bros please fill in or correct if i am wrong.

please tell me your gonna do PCT.....may just be the way u worded it but it seemed like u just stopped and thats it.... AFTER pct wait the same amount of time u were on.
