Your posing needs a lot of work. Now would be the time to ask around. Find someone who competes and ask them if they will help you. Don't wait till the last minute because it takes awhile to learn.

Well I mean as WEBB has noted to me previously, weight is not what were going to watch, its body progression...We're gonna try and make me look as good as I possibly can and whatever weight that happens to be so be it....Also my stats are just turned 20, 184, 5'8", 2 years of training or so...

Being able to get on stage is great man, good for you, but if I was you, I personally would have waited to get a little more size in the arms and chest area

its a good attitude to be going in just for the experience, cause i would say ur conditioning esp. in regards to size is lacking (atleast for a comp). wht comp are u going in to? weightclass?
i think ur legs will look good when u trim the fat, look like u have some solid muscle there

Congrats man. We can always always always improve. The main thing is you found a sport you enjoy and you are willing to just go for it. Do the comp AND KEEP A JOURNAL to look back on later.

After the comp take a couple years to really bulk up and add to your physique bro. Best of luck.

We could all use more size....

It's cool that you are jsut doing it. I went into it the same way you are...jsut doing it for me and for the experience, but then when I was deep into prep, my head changed and I said F this I am going to takes names I am too invest to just "do it" I am glad I followed through all the way with it...I thought about jsut dropping out of it about 3-4 times...yoru head will play games with you.

I believe it, but I mean the more you listen to the naysayers the more you will want to drop it, I mean quite honestly I wouldn't have started it if I didn't intend to do it...I like to have a good time if you know what I mean, and I've already passed up too many fun nights to stop now!

just do it and do it well. doesnt matter the outcome right now, just the give the prep 110% and let everything else fall where it must. you never know, you might hate the whole experience and just lift to be your personal best. or this could be the first competition of many to come. just do this 1 first and see what happens.

I dont mean to sound negative.. but i personally think you need alot of work before competing .. i wouldn't even dare compete with the way i look now .. and my conditioning is alot better not to mention im bulking rite now

also as carlos stated you need to get your posing down pat .. needs work .. keep up the hard work and goodluck
