OK. im trying to add lean muscle.
im injesting over 200 grams of protein a day and between 250-350 grams of carbs a day , and less than 100 g of fat a day.
now i have a little bit of a gut. i been doing 30-40 minutes of cardio 5 days a week. will it be possible to lose my stomach from cardio while injesting the above contents?
any advice will be highly appriciated.
