    Diet Help

    OK. im trying to add lean muscle.
    im injesting over 200 grams of protein a day and between 250-350 grams of carbs a day , and less than 100 g of fat a day.
    now i have a little bit of a gut. i been doing 30-40 minutes of cardio 5 days a week. will it be possible to lose my stomach from cardio while injesting the above contents?
    any advice will be highly appriciated.

    Who knows, bud. Need your stats, what your training routine looks like, and most importantly more info about where that protein, carbs, and fat is coming from (ie what are you eating; DIET). Nobody can really help you out all that much with just the info you've posted.

    well... all I gather is that your eating around 2500 calories.. will need more than that my friend to assist you in anything....

    5-10 170. egg whites in the morning with whole wheat bread and protein shake. each shake has 50 g of protein in it.
    i dont eat the same thing everyday heh.
    my breakfast is the same everyday but my lunch and dinner varies.
    lunch , sometimes ill have pasta , sometimes meat loaf.
    i drink 3 shakes a day. usualy meat and potatoes for dinner.

    it all varies but im sure to injest a good amount of carbs and atleast 200 grams of protein and as least fat possible

    i run before an after every work out i do. 20 minutes before and 20 minutes after. about 3 -4 miles. i work out 4-5 days a week.

    trying to shed this damn gut i got here!!!

    Alright bro,

    Not much info to work off. First off you wanted to put on lean muscle. Now you want to get rid of the gut. Tough to do both at the same time. Check you the cutting or bulking sitckies at the top. Regardless of what you want to do, real food is always better than a bunch of shakes during the day.

    i know. thing is im not to aware of what food have high protiens and low fat. except meats of course.

    do some serious research via searchs, stickies at the top of the forum. Nobody is going to make you a personal diet, bro. Read up and try to bang out a diet...then people can offer advice.

    Basd on your vague statement .. my suggestion is cut your fat calories down and lose the gut .. then we can work to add muscle to a lean body..
