well a good blood pressure should be 125/85 but 120/80 is better. Now, 140/90 is not too high. It could have been that you were nervous, but for being on roids i think this is a decent blood pressure reading. You might want to get another reading. Your blood pressure reading is called prehypertension.

If 120/80 is good, 140/90 isn't that bad. Mine was 130/72 today, I feel special. It did range from 146-156/68-72.

Just keep an eye on your Bp. With test it's gonna rise, if you get over 150+ then you might want to try to fix the prob.

a normal blood pressure for a man under the age of 50 is 100 plus his age for women the start number is 90. anything over this is considered hypertension, aka high blood pressure. just as long as your b/p does not come with chest pains or numbness in your left arm you should be fine. these symptoms meaning a heart attack. for women the pain sometimes originates in there mid back, nearly between the shoulder blades. hope this helps. jb

Hey bro's thank for all the responses. Hellmask U said if it gets over 150 I should try to fix the problem, How would that be done? go to the doctor? or is there something I can buy, supplement or otherwise?

this is the old standard.. these days BP classification doesnt depend on age...
