Rubber Stopper mixed in with Gear

    Hey bros.

When I did my injection yesterday as i'm about to stick my glute, I noticed that there were specs of red in the syringe from the stopper.

so I took another syringe filled that one with as much gear as i could with keeping the ruber bits at the bottom of the first syringe. I lost some liquid but hopefully it was mostly oil (doubt it though)
regardless any tips on how to minimize this?

i'm going to try to change up the sites where I stick the vials a little more often now I guess.

and what would happen if you accidently injected rubber into your muscle. I imagine that couldn't be good.

If it is peices of rubber your stopper may not be doing its job of keeping everything sterile. #2 It is not good injecting rubber into the body. Solution is to get a filter from this ARResearch along with a sterile vial and draw everything up and put it into a new vial while filtering it.

I keep them covered and sealed so that should help with keeping things sterile, but I might have to give that a shot.

I took enough precautions to make sure I didn't inject rubber into myself, I imagine that would require a trip to the hospital with maybe some cutting going on. no knives into my muscles thank you very much.

    thanks.

Either the needles you are using are to big of a gauge or you need to change the stopper on your main vial being filtered into because it is getting chewed-up from continuous usage.
