you look ok, but i dont think pics show you at 5'7 175. you look a little bit lighter to me, and my advice to you on trying new stuff, would be to lay of the AAS and start to eat like a monster. at 21 your body is still growing (i'm 21 too and have been growing considerably for the 6 years ive been lifting) and if you feed it correctly you can make serious gains that many would argue rival AAS. in any case, hit the diet forum and keep up the training. good luck with the rehab on the knee. -B-STRONG

you look decent bro. Got a good frame to start off with..I would also get on a good bulking diet from the forum, and pack it on for a couple years first, then go from there. good luck bro!!

its ok i didnt run much with the cycles just dabbled in it really, im learning more and more each day and right now im just eating my face off of clean foods my cal intake is about 3000-3500 each day its been like that for about 2 weeks since i lost so much weight from my surgery i dropped 15 lbs from 180-165 just like that, im back up to 175 now but i wanna be around 190 by the end of the summer for next hockey season, it sucks but im getting it back somewhat my full recovery will take about 4 months im into my second month now thanks guys

Look decent bro, but I wouldnt fool with aas anymore. You need a good diet.

You got a lot to work with ther M, a decent frame to build on. I think you should eat a lot and try to learn what willl make you grow naturally, so when you decide ti cycle again, you will get teh most out of it.
