    is there aways soreness in reguards to gyno??

    i think my left nip may be a lil puffy.. this may be a bit of paranoia but as i stated above does it get sore prior to?? help!!

    It will get really sensitive and itchy when gyno is starting to form and a lump of tissue will start to form as well, if they are just a bit puffy, Id say its just edema.
