Question on post cycle joint pain?

    Hey brothers...
Been off my first and only cycle for about 2 months now and I am having a ton of pain in my elbows and it runs up my forearms a little bit as well. I feel the most pain when I bench or especially when i curl. My cycle looked like this:
    1-4 Dbol 40mg/day
    1-12 Test Susp. 500/week
    13-16 clomid

Gains were unreal for me. Just wondering if there is anything I can do now to ease the pain a little bit. I am concerned cuz spring ball is coming(D1 football) and Iam somewhat worried about this hampering my ability to get a full punch on a DL. To save time here are my stats:

    20 years old
    6'6
    308
    16.4%bf
    bench-450
    squat-600
    clean-360

Thanks brothers and any help would be greatly appreciated !

Sounds like you could do with suplementing some Glycosamine sulphate and some flaxseed oil.
Im not speaking from experiance with your symptoms but i was told to use this shit when on the gear, so i havent had any problems with it so far.
    maybe im just lucy

its your tendons and ligaments that are hurting you.you can do a few things.
    1..use wraps
2.avoid the exercises that cause the most pain(try using dumbells in place of a straight bar)
    3.lighter weight/ higher reps
    4..get yourself some Deca.

I suffer from the same problems, used to be only when I was off cause I didnt have the water to cushion the joints and tendons, now it just hurts all the time wether off or on.I use what i outlined above.sux cause I love training heavy, just got to pick and choose your days and work around it.

    Goodluck

another thing is to make sure you're warming up enough. doing a couple warmup sets before going into your heavy workouts helps to lubricate the joints before the excessive stress gets put into them. i know gear or not, i have issues with my rotator cuffs from poor training methods when i was a teen. if i do chest without a few warmup sets and stretching first, i wake up that coming night with surging pains in my shoulders that will last usually for the next day or two.

    let my people grow,
    AC
