    Clen Muscle Cramps

I'm on my first cycle of clen. and my 2nd week on.
I'm aware that the legs circulation has to do with potassium and sodium gates opening and closing. Lately in my sleep i've been getting really bad charlie horses (muscle cramps).
I'm wondering if i should up my dossage of potassium?

    any tips?

How much potassium are you currently taking? Be careful with potassium supplementation it messes with your electrolytes. How much clen are you taking as well? You shouldn't have to take more than 200-300mgs of potassium/day. Even if you're taking large doses of clen. Try taking taurine 2000-3000mgs/day and see if that helps. Try to split it into two doses about 10 hrs apart. Although you should know that if you're taking more than 120 mcgs of clen/day, you'll probably need as much as 4000-5000mgs of taurine/day to aleviate the cramps. I recommend drinking gatorade as well once in a while instead of water, not alot mind you, but once in a while.

i am only taking 40 mcg of clen, and upping it to 80 at my plateau.
I am right now taking 300 mgs of potassium. and 1000 mgs of taurine (2 table spoons of powder)

Because i am taking so little i only take it in the morning 10-12 (noon) where i take my potassium and taurine.

i have gotten 2 muscle cramps in the last two nights....

it is supposedly taurine related cramping with clen. i have had my forearms locked in a flexed position with clen. it is painful. hasn't happened since i upped my amino acid intake.

Well, you aren't taking a huge amount of clen so your potassium is fine at 300mgs. I'de say try maybe 350 or 400mgs but that's redlining it. Try adding an xtra 1000-1500mgs of taurine and see if that helps. If you still get cramps, up your taurine another 500-1000mgs. Do the gatorade thing too once in a while it WILL help you. Also, split your taurine up, don't take it all at once, same with your potassium, split it up.

While it's true you certainly do have to keep hydrated on clen, be careful, as too much h2o can be dangerous to your electrolyte balance. 1 gallon might be safe but that is alot of water to drink in 1 day. Like I said try to throw gatorade into the mix once in a while instead of water. If you don't like gatorade make your own electrolyte rejuvenator it's easy. This will work great for you if you're on clen. Get sodium (powder form) and potassium (powder form), mix them at a 3:1 ratio sodium/potassium or roughly 100mgs sodium for every 30 mgs potassium into 500ml h2o and drink. For clen users, if you have powdered taurine you can throw that into the mix too and create a great workout drink to sip while you workout, just add h2o and enjoy. Add a banana or orange for flavor and you can skip the sodium or lower the amount if you wish. But be sure you're getting your sodium intake for the day.
