I ran HGH (humatrop from Lilly) at 2 iu’s a day for 1 year (got done 3 months ago) I felt better, got good sleep maybe a little leaner and maybe a little more active and better sex. Now I am getting ready to run it again but this time I want to build more muscle, so here is my question: Is it better to run 10-12 iu’s for short periods or 6-8 iu’s for longer periods. I am also going to run 1000-1500mg test anth. And 600mg deca weekly. I am 46 years old at 6’ 310lbs. I am thinking of taking HGH at 2iu’s ed for one month first and try to drop down to 280lbs before I start with the above cycle. My reasoning for the 2iu’s for one month first is to strengthen my joints and ligaments to prepare them for the strength increase with the big cycle later. Well what does everyone think.
